Dropped my truck off for service that parts were ordered for. It was there for almost 2 weeks and when I called to follow up they didn’t even know the truck was there. You can see the truck from the service bay doors.

Great experience. The salesperson that help me was Jim. He was great. Very informative and kind. He didn't push me into anything. Gave me all my options and never once badgered me to finance. I've been looking for close to 6 months for a car. The other place I went always tried to push me to finance. This was the best experience at a dealership I've ever had. I'd go back in a heartbeat. Thanks Jim and Webb Chevy. I love my new car.

We should have heeded the warnings from prior reviews. The car buying experience went okay - nothing wrong but bare minimum effort. After we sign all the preliminary documents and before we began signing the financial documents, the salesman told us that his prior statements were incorrect and they didn’t have a key with a fob for the car. Had we known that we would have negotiated in consideration of the fact or walked away. Little annoyances continued to happen but we tried to give him a break since the salesman was new. During the paperwork, the manager approached us and informed us that the issue with the radio touch screen would be fixed at a later date, Chevy would provide us with a temporary dealer car during the repairs, and Chevy would repair the issue and pay for it. It has now been over a month since we have purchased the car and despite MANY phone calls and messages left, we have no status update as to the expected delivery date of the parts, we aren’t even sure if the parts have been ordered, we have no appointment for the repairs, and still do not have a fully functional touch screen - which Chevy knew and acknowledged prior to the sale. This dealer happily took our money and then ceased any follow up and fails to return our calls. My husband wanted a specific car and unfortunately, Webb Chevy is the dealer that happened to have it. Had the car been anywhere else we would have gone there. As a local resident my entire life I have heard many, many horror stories about Webb Chevy and unfortunately we now have our own story.
