Probably one of the worst Dunkin's I have ever been too. I can't speak for the drinks but the donuts are ALWAYS STALE, last time I went I specifically asked if they had fresh donuts because I didn't want to waste my money on another one I couldn't even bite in too. The employee said yes they're fresh and low and behold another crunchy donut.

Ordered ahead to claim a deal of 100 points (noiiceee). Got a small peach passion fruit refresher and a glazed donut (ya know, a snack..) Got to the window and they were out of glazed so I asked for boston creme. They gave me two! Way to make up for it. The refresher wasn't as good as usual tho. Very heavy on the black tea taste but I wasn't about to go back around. Overall not bad!

If I could give this DD a ZERO on customer service I would! I'm in the drive thru window, waiting for someone to take my order. I said hello twice. No one answered, I go around to the window. The young girl ask me "DO YOU NOT KNOW WHERE THE SPEAKER IS"? I said excuse me? Is that how you greet your customers?.... So rude, I couldn't believe it! The manager behind her just looked at me! Both didn't even apologize!

Best Dunkin Donuts in Plainfield! It is the best coffee in town, fast service, coffee always taste the same, and friendly staff.

Purchased a bagel with cream cheese not even 10 minutes ago. Checked the expiration date and it's April 08,2021. Today is April 24th 2021.it looked so gross. Not to mention the young kids are so rude. Glad I checked before I ate it

Danger. The drive through at this Dunkin' is now using a tray to hand out coffee. I just stopped there to get my morning disappointment and she spilled hot coffee on me and all over my car!!! Ask them to hand you the coffee. I think I can sue for this? (Got coffee burns)

Wish I could give this Dunkin' 0 stars. On more than one occasion the manager of this store refuses to sell me a simple cup of whip cream with the rest of my order. Even when I explain it's for my dog and that EVERY other Dunkin does it, he won't and precedes to argue with me. I find him extremely unprofessional and rude. I'd rather drive a few extra miles to a different Dunkin'.

Someone just had the audacity to call me a b**** for needing one moment in the drive-through. I don't know what seems to be the problem with a guest needing to take their time. These employees need an attitude check. You work in customer service. Get a new job, or deal with it.

The Dunkin Donuts at this location is horrible. On two different days I have been there and was told "we haven't made the bagels yet". They can't have their full menu available when they open? What happened to bakers working all night. I have never been to a McDonald's and been told "we didn't make any egg McMuffins yet".

If I could give them 0 stars I would. They are supposed be open at 4 am just showed up at 417 and no one is there after I have already ordered on my app. Then the worker pulls up and tells me no one is there...... Duhh.....i told him I ordered on line he said oh well u will have to come inside.... Uh no I am in a hurry as I am headed to work. I don't know why I keep going to this place they always mess up our stuff one way or another. So now I am out the money I just spent on my drink because they don't know how to show up to work on time

I've tried with this Dunkin Donuts a few times. The gentleman in the morning is typically friendly but it seems my order is often wrong. There's no point in ordering a large beverage because with all the ice they put in it you're only really getting a medium. Today I asked for two iced tea lemonades. I specifically asked for them to put lemon in them. When I pulled up the girl handed me the drinks with no lemon. I asked her if they had any lemon she could just put in a cup for me, I didn't want her to have to reopen the drinks. She looked at me funny and said oh you wanted lemon? I replied yes. She gave me a strange look and said well... I asked her if they did not have lemon and she replied no we have lemon just not much. I guess they didn't want give me lemon because she just stood there looking at me so I told her forget it and she replied okay. So I guess if they don't want to give a customer lemon I don't have to give them my business.

Charges over $7 for a medium iced latte (twice) and doesn't accept coupons with THEIR address on it that we received in the mail. Also disorganized and forgot to make my drinks both times so I was there for 20+ mins. This is the only convenient location near my home so I just don't go to Dunkin anymore lol

This is maybe the fifth time I've been to this one and honestly I'm still not pleased. So I'm writing this now. Whenever I get my coffees they are sticky and dripping with coffee under the lid so when I go to drink it spills on my leggings. Btw I only get the iced coffees here. The workers are another thing. They give attitude like my order is complicated. I ask for light ice and their like uhm okay? Anything else you'd like? But it's with an attitude. At 6am that doesn't sit very well with me bc this is what starts my day. I rather take my business to a different DD.

By far the worst Dunkin Donuts in the area... I ordered a mocha iced coffee and received a black coffee with no cream or sugar ... I ordered a sesame bagel with cream cheese and I received a regular bagel with no cream cheese... And this was after having to repeat my order at least 4 times... And there is a lady who works in there who is extremely rude and disrespectful... every time I'm in there and that is not how you treat customers especially when it's early in the morning and people need their coffee... If you try to let her know your order is wrong she will tell you she does not care.. if I order something that's what I expect to get not what the employee decides to give me.... And not to mention I love seeing the employees sneeze on their hands and then continue to grab food without gloves or using anything to do so... So gross
