Alaine does an amazing job with coloring my blonde hair. It always looks so natural. She is so welcoming and listens to what I want done with my hair. I trust her sense of style and she is well versed in the latest trends.

I've been going here for years--no matter where I live I continue to come back. Joann, the owner, is fabulous and does an amazing job of balancing what I want with her expertise and experience. She's been doing my mom's hair since college but she is always keeping up with the trends and new styles. Every appointment is worth the wait to get in.

I have been a Zen customer for over three years (since moving to the area). JoAnn, the owner, is an amazing stylist. On my first visit, I went in with shoulder length hair, and told her I wanted to go short. She took the time to listen to what I wanted, patiently looked at pictures I brought in, and then worked her magic. She has taken the time over the years to get to know me as a person. We always have great conversations...making me feel like more than just another customer in her chair. A haircut is a little pricey...but what isn't pricey these days? I'm happy to pay a premium price for a premium cut AND premium service.

Joann did my hair here and I LOVE IT. My hair is very thin and fine (you can see my scalp through the top), and so I didn't even know what to tell Joann I wanted because I didn't know what could be done. She looked at styles I liked to get the "vibe" of my style and then she used her expertise to give me a GORGEOUS haircut. I haven't felt this beautiful in a long time. I actually started tearing up.
Sally did my eyebrows and was a doll! She gave me tips on keeping them up. And it was the least painful wax I've had in a while.

First time there for myself, Alaine was incredible, professional and friendly. She definitely understood what I wanted and met that expectation. I called earlier in the day and there was opening same day. It worked out for everyone, I would see Alaine again for sure
