Came by today and had a few funko pops to get rid of. Rodney helped me even tho they have tons of merch. I know I didn't get what I wanted, but that's what happens when you collect and don't have room for more. I'm glad I went because the friendliness and warming welcome is why I made a deal. So glad I made the trip up. I'm definitely going back and definitely going to say hey at the Beyond Con on March 4th. Thanks again for your kindness. I'm sure my pops will go to a great home.

Had a very good experience buying my 1989 Michael Keaton Batman Cowl from this shop. Owner was very friendly and knowledgeable. Kids loved going in and looking at all the neat things that were on display. 10/10 would recommend this store to anyone

Went to the shop at right around 5:30. All of the lights were on and people were walking around the shop, but when I got to the door and pulled it stayed shut. A few people inside looked over at me and made some weird faces towards me. I noticed the closing time was 5:30, but I didn't appreciate being looked at in a strange way when every indicator (lights being on, multiple people inside of the shop) was there that the store was open. It didn't leave a great first impression, hopefully next time is betterEdit 4: It was almost certainly between 5:35 and 5:45, and I'd definitely lean closer to 5:35. Please do not fall for the lies of a bully. If he has footage with timestamps that he actually went back to look at, he is intentionally trying to deceive. Regardless of the actual time, your actions and attitude since this happened have shown your true character, and it is certainly not the character of someone I would want to support with my business.Edit 3: The owner is continuing to berate and bully me on his Facebook page, I'm going to return to a lower rating to make sure people are aware that the owner of the Batcave is a bully and is not nice or professional.Edit 2: I just wanted to clear up that I did not want the owner or any employees to open the door for me when I arrived after the listed store hours. My issue is that I felt I was given a strange and rude look by people in the store when I tried opening the door. I then saw the posted hours, and decided to leave. I didn't feel entitled to be let into the shop or anything like that, a store is welcome to set it's hours to whatever they like and it's reasonable to respect those decisions. But with that being said, I don't feel like I was treated with respect when trying to open the door, or by the owner after the fact with his harassment campaign on his Facebook page and his response here.Edit 1: I'm going to update my review to 5 stars. The owner is very clearly chasing a number, and im not interested in getting harassed here or on the official store facebook page. Batcave must be absolutely amazing and run by the nicest individual if the owner's response and actions are anything to go by. I was simply looking to share my experience, and the owner has just reinforced to me that the lord wanted that door locked when I arrived I wish nothing but the best to Batcave and his customers, but I guess I'll do what the owner asks and avoid the shop entirely. I'm not interested in supporting a bully.

I showed up at 5:45 and the sign on the door said they closed at 5:30. I pulled on the door and it was in fact locked. I appreciate the clarity they provided on their operating hours and the excellent example of following through by being closed when they were supposed to be closed.

Went to the shop around 2:30 and all of the lights were on and the door was unlocked. I walked into the store and was greeted by a guy with a weird look. I mean the audacity of this gentleman to smile at me and ask me how I was doing....ikr terrible. I then proceeded to walk through said establishment and checked out their products. I found something that I was interested in purchasing and the worker rudely took my money with a smile and they thanked me for my business. He then forced me to have a pleasant conversation before I exited the store as a happy customer! How dare they treat me that way.

Great store with phenomenal options. Local owned with nice stock available. Had a pre-order option from Amazon available in-store before my pre-order arrived.

Batcave is my favorite local collectible shop. Not just because of the quality but also because they're always kind. They treat you like family. I couldn't recommend it more.

Excellent selection of collectables run by the nicest owners that work really hard to give back to the local collecting community. This is a wonderful store so if you are in the Memphis area - but local!

Great selection of all things superhero and comic book collectibles. Super organized shop and great layout. Everything was priced fair and the owner was friendly. I only wish this shop had been open when i lived here.

Shopped here several times for me and my daughter. Each time the owner/staff was as polite, comforting, and helpful as you could ask for. The store has plenty of items you won't find anywhere else in town, and the owner seems to be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about his products 5⭐
