I WALKED INTO STORE TODAY 10/21/25 AROUND 745 PM AND SALES ASSOCIATE DID NOT GREET ME OR SAID A WORD JUST STUD NEXT TO REGISTER ON HIS CELLPHONE AND WHEN I ASKED HIM FOR HIS HELP HE ANSWERED WITH A VERY POOR ATITUDE AND VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICES SKILLS AND I FELT LIKE I WAS ASKING FOR PARTS FOR FREE AT O'REILLY IF I COULD I WOULD GIVE THEM NO STAR'S THESE IS SECOND TIME IT HAPPENS WITH SAME GUY AND ANOTHER ASSOCIATE SHE NEVER OFFENDED HELP EITHER

I went to pick up some break pads and break rotors, and JOSE was extremely rude. I was asking for help and he refused to help me. Instead, another costumer took it upon themselves to help. Please be avdiced of JOSE

I just brought back my brake pads to the store in Plano, Illinois and the woman manager was very rude from the start. I asked for a refund, and she started accusing me of bringing in pads that weren’t theirs. I told her yes they are, I’m no thief, and to check my sales records. She flat out told me the writing on the pads wasn’t theirs either. Then she checked my records and did a little more looking , and realized she was incorrect. I asked her to just give me my refund, and I will be doing business at another location. Not once did she apologize for treating like a thief, and she compared me to others who are. Really bad business practice, especially for a so called manager. Autozone is just down the street.

Very disappointed in the manager, thinks she knows knowledge and knows nothing, especially how to treat a customer, and also employees don't even know how to return things, don't get me wrong I love O'Reilly's but not this store, I won't ever walk in their doors again, I never want to feel like they made me feel, like I was bothering them . The manager needs to work else where ,their langugage I don't need to hear, I spend thousands with O'Reilly's being a shop I work out of, there's no call for the terrible treatment they have given me, four times I've been in the Plano store and all bad experiances I've had, I'll definitely keep going to O'Reilly's but not in Plano ill, sincerly iam,burl

Excellent service! I had questions about what a mechanic told me about adding brake fluid to my car, and they answered my questions. What impressed me was that they asked me questions to ensure the information they gave me was correct. It was a pleasure doing business with them!

I'm tired of going in, they don't have what I need, Soni order it online. I'm always told It should arrive by a certain time and I'll be notified upon arrival. I waited all day today, finally called them, they said it's been there all day. I asked the pimple headed employee if they were just to busy to call to let me know it was in. He literally just said "Huh ?". I told him I'd be in and hung up. This place sucks, went downhill fast!!

Last week we desperately needed a car battery. It was right before closing when we walked into the store. I want to give a huge shout out to the employees. They were so nice and accommodating. We got the battery and they worked in almost sub zero temperature to put it in for us. Thank you so much.
