I was rear ended last month and my insurance gave me a list of places to go to. I called several places from the list and checked all of their reviews. I chose Plano Collision because they had the best reviews of all the places I looked at. I had to wait a couple weeks more than the lowest rated place told me it would take, but my experience was amazing and worth the wait. At no point was I worried about how it would turn out or if they were going to scam me. They did the estimate the day after I called and ended up getting my parts even sooner than expected. When I brought it in to have it repaired, George told me it would be 5-7 business days before they would be done. I got a call three days later that it was all finished. George explained that he heard my concerns about affording a rental while my car was there and he was able to get it done quickly for me, relieving my stress. The car looks amazing. You can’t even tell that anything was replaced, everything was a perfect match. I’m so glad they were so helpful and amazing at what they do.Service: Body & Trim
