I got my hair done, when I got home there was no difference that I seen. I asked for high lights, my hair still looks super dark and not blended right at all. I Asked for a refund for the HIGHLIGHTS that were clearly not done correct, told me all she can say is sorry. Did not offer to fix my hair, and would not give me a refund so I can get my hair fixed the right way. Now I have to pay somebody AGAIN to do what I actually wanted. Waste of $250, Horrible customer service do not recommend to anybody!! Only care about THE COST OF PRODUCT THEY USED, not the customers. Owner is also very rude!!

My daughter just had a horrible experience. She brought in a picture of what she wanted done with her hair and paid $250.00. Her hair didn't turn out anything like the picture. She talked to the stylist on the phone afterwards and the stylist stated there was nothing she could do besides say I'm sorry. Later the owner, Nicole, called me and was very rude and not helpful at all. So much for the open feedback policy. It is nonexistent. We contacted another stylist who said she could fix it and make it look like the way she wanted for 125.00. So apparently there was something that could have been done. We would have been happy with 100.00 refund but they were unwilling to do anything. The owner was only worried about their cost and time and not concerned about the customer at all.

If you’re a mom looking for a change who just needs to do something for herself this is the place to go for your hair! I have horrible haircut anxiety and she had no problem consistently reassuring me no matter how many times I got worried. She never made me feel bad or made me feel like I was complaining. The end result was EXACTLY what I asked for, will stick to going here for all my hair care needs! Thank you again 💛

It was fantastic. I needed a perm. Even though Nicole had not done my hair before she gave me a great perm and a cut and style which was just what I wanted and needed. Great perm and hair style!!!!

Asked for shoulder length cut
Was way to short definitely chin length and completely uneven
Would have been corrected if a proper style was done but was left with damp hair! Horrible experience
