“I would 100% recommend this storage company anyone. They were extremely well kept and clean. We had moved from out of state here to live with a family member and had a unit at this facility, when we moved into our new house I had completely forgotten to contact them to cancel the unit. Even though there was a 30 day cancellation policy they were able to help us out and get everything squared away that day, even thought it was entirely our fault. Tully was extremely professional and understanding and was very easy to get ahold of. By far the best experience that I have had with a storage company.”

“The process of renting online was easy and fast. I received a gate code immediately, but then I found out it takes 24 hours before it works. Luckily there was a number to call and I was given a temporary code. This should be better explained during the rental process. The unit was clean and easy to find.”
