My experience with public storage has been very good. The employee was very helpful and courteous. He answered my questions and made me feel like he really cared.

Rate increased with no notification, and make sure move out ahead of time; other wise, they will charge you for the whole month even you moved out the same day. Good Luck.

First of all the on the phone and online reserving was a breeze ended up choosing on the phone and before i even got there i was contacted by office staff in my case Ryan which i am truly grateful and surprised he made sure i understood layout, app entry and my storage spot location and then went above and beyond being very helpful when my trailer decided to have a problem with the door i definitely recommended reservations 5/5 customer service 5/5 and price compared to other units ive rented are slightly lower

Since they were bought out the service has gone downhill. The day a payment is due we receive a lien notice with a late charge already added on. Will be removing everything from these units and finding a non thieving company
