Being a small business owner who ships packages frequently. I've been very happy about the level of customer service I've received from the employees at Plano Post Office. Mike, Gayla, and Cassie (sp?) are all around good folks who are always friendly and helpful.

4 years ago up to 2018 service was really bad all the way , postal police was involved , but now I see great improvement with new employees doing good job . Thanks .
