Had appointment for tires. They ran 45 minutes late. I am sure it's standard but never mentioned they change the valve cores for "safety" remind me of old days replacing valve stems that were fine. Just upcharge. Anyways fine but asked about and lady was rude as hell about it. To the point that wanted rip her good but friend that was with me put hand on shoulder and distracted me. It was only $8.00 so wasn't price. If ever again I will put new in beforehand and see what they do lol. By the way the guys actually doing work were nice and friendly.

I've been taking my car here for a year to get the oil changed for my car. I have not had an issue at all. I go in the morning and drop off my car while I shop. I've never had to wait very long to get it back. They text me when it's done. I think going first thing is the best to avoid a long wait. The ladies that have helped me at the desk are always nice and polite. For a basic oil change this place works. Don't expect to walk in at noon and have your car ready for by 1 pm. That doesn't even happen at the places that take appointments.

My dad took my car here to get my oil change and they literally cracked my oil pan! I couldn’t get it fixed there so I had to wait a week so I could get it towed since I didn’t have that kind of money at the time and literally spent $1,000 dollars on the tow with the repair! I had to get it towed to Dekalb to motor works and thankfully I had some money in savings if not my car would be just sitting at the parking lot at Walmart. I’m still waiting for my check to come in from Walmart for the whole cost of this damage but never go here because I wouldn’t want anyone else to experience this especially in theses tough times right because of the pandemic! The mechanics there are not experienced and need more proper training! If it wasn’t for the my friends help during this time I would still be without my car and thankfully I got it back today from motor works! I can’t believe this happened in the first place and please never take the cheap way out it doesn’t always end good and I’ve learned my lesson.
