Came for fuel and restroom.Guy was in there for hours and blew it up.Kind lady allowed me to use the women's.Good luck cleaning that up!

You can get your gas, lottery tickets, and a good meal all in one place here at Funderburks Ronnoco. We were on a road trip and stopped in the little town of Pocohontas, IL for lunch (hometown of country star Gretchen Wilson). The restaurant is actually in the gas station. The food is good. My burger was big and juicy like something you would cook in your backyard grill. The fries are homecut and deep fried. The cheese curds were hot and tasty. Club sandwich was also very good. It is clearly a fav place for the locals as the waiters knew that someone always wanted their burger smashed, and a nearby table of friendly folks leaned over to talk to us, providing recommendations as they come nearly every day. It was quite crowded over the lunch rush!

This is a gas station / diner, which is pretty cool.Didn't eat there, but I definitely looked at their baked goods.Donuts, Pies, Cinnamon Rolls, and they all looked yummy.Overall, if you need a break & to stretch your legs, you can't beat, get gas, and nibble.Right off the highway, so and easy stop to make.

Stopped for fuel But came out with a very tasty turkey sandwich and homemade cinnamon roll !! I believe the bun for the sandwich was also homemade, at least it seemed to be. Good conversation with the friendly folks inside also.
