This campground is beautiful. Very friendly owner & staff. Away from the noise of the city or town. Just the sound of wild life. Filled with birds, bunnies & deer etc. As for wifi & cell service, is no fault of the campgrounds. Cell service depends on your cell phone carrier. Not the campgrounds. You are camping in the outskirts of Pocahontas & the closest town is Pocahontas 10 miles away. As for wifi again you are away from town.

Anyone who has heard bad things about this place, they haven’t been there recently. This place is really up and coming. They have kicked out the riff raff, and this week there is basically a full park. There are several people visiting from out of town, and they all have nice campers and side by sides, toys, etc. I was very happy with everyone being quiet after dark, and it was a pleasant, peaceful getaway. The owner, Stephanie, goes above and beyond to assist her tenants and help with their needs.ATTN: PHILANTHROPIC and NATURE LOVERS and LOCAL BEAUTIFICATION COMMITTEES : they really are working on updating and beautifying this place. But it’s a couple that owns it, not a large company or corporation. If anyone has building materials, rocks, gravel, etc to donate, you should really think about helping tomahawk. This place is a diamond in the rough, and really wonderful to visit and stay ;). Thank you guysPlayground: Impressive playground near to the rear of the park, with no out to road access. So I feel like children are much safer playing in that type of environmentDog-friendliness: Several people walking dogs, but cleaning up after them, THANK U!!! lol

The worse place to camp. If want talk to management they were never around. You call them they never answer or return your calls also if you text them they would never answer you. You tell something and wouldn't listen to you unless where in click. Thank you from my family and me for worse summer we had because we couldn't camp there because camper was destroy last winter over $40.00 dollars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Restrooms: Why did you lock them up for. If we need a bathroom we have no place go or take a shower. That is terrible!!!!!!!!

We pulled out of the campground this morning after arriving at nearly 3am. The owner called me back after I had tried to reach her around 230 am. She offered us a electric site to pull in and came out to give us specific directions. She did not charge us and made sure we knew we could dump our tank if needed. She just wanted us to be warm and rest. Her kindness was absolutely amazing. She had no idea of our situation. We are in our 70s and our 50 year old daughter is ill. We needed to make sure we had heat. The accommodations were perfect for us. We would have had to drive another 5 hours through the night and my daughter really needed to rest. Thank you for the hospitality it meant more than you know.

Such a fun community environment. Everyone we have come in contact with has been very kind. So many activities for the kids. Activities for the adults also. The new owners have done such an amazing job in updates for the campground. I can't wait to see what else they have in store.2 lakes to fish in. Golf Carts allowed. Clean bathrooms.
