I was in the Polo DG on 7/27 @ 6:30pm and had to walk the aisles to find an employee to pay for my purchase. There was another customer at the register calling out Hello, hello does anyone work here. When I finally found someone and asked if there was anyone that could come to the register and check us out she said, I have other things to do besides be a cashier. I would hate for our small town to lose this store but this employee's attitude is not good for business.

Heather is the worst assistant store manager she is entirely rude not only to customers but also coworkers has no respect for anyone but herself after getting attitude I will not be back.

Absolute worst group of employees I've ever encountered. Blatantly rude is an understatement. If you want to feel like an absolute burden, wait ten minutes before they acknowledge that you're standing at the register (and then another 5 before they bother to mosey up to it) only to be met with a sigh and an eye roll...this is your place. I was in a few days ago and the employee (the rudest of them all) was sitting behind the counter, with a bag of chips on top of the counter, eating them and playing on his phone. I started to set me things on the counter, only for him to reach up, grab another handful of chips and take his time finishing up whatever he was doing before standing up to check out. He didn't say a word, finished the transaction and was sitting down before he even asked if I had wanted a receipt...I said I did, to which he got up, snatched the receipt and aggressively handed it to me. The older gentleman behind me had made a comment about it(couldn't quite hear it) before I left. This isn't the first time this same guy has been wildly unprofessional and disrespectful to me. The self checkout has been unavailable, so I won't be back. I would rather go to Dixon or Sterling...and I live in Polo. The gas and time is worth not having to deal with that kind of disgusting, immature behavior.

Worst store ever the lady working in thair was vary rude to a lady who just wanted to be checked our the workers name I think was named Heather they should shout place down tell they could get people who act like adults not children the people of polo should not have to put up with this so if Heather does not like you don't go in thair it's to bad it was a nice store but no more

Employee had mask below her chin the entire time I was in the store. She checked out the person in front of me still with her mask below her chin. When I went to the counter, I politely asked her to pull it up which she did immediately. My point? There is a sign going into the store telling anyone who enters they must wear a mask.... But what about the emoyees? I was disappointed. I do believe masks can save lives. I will have to shop somewhere else.
