My furnace stopped working, so I called them from a reference of someone that had previously used them, when Randy Gaul returned my call, he asked what kind of furnace I had, I told him it was a Goodman and very rudely he responded with "you're going to have to find a Goodman dealer" I said, okay do you have any recommendations? He said...NO! Then I told him that I had been referred to him by "a persons name" he said, "I've never heard of him", again in a very rude manner.Regardless if this guy works on Goodman furnaces or not, this is HIS business. I would think that he should care enough to maybe take a look, it could be something as simple as an ignitor....but if not, a good businessman should care enough to point me in the right direction.First impressions make a difference....I will refer as many people AWAY from Gaul's Climate Control as possible and I will never use them for anything....horrible customer service with regards to the owner!!

Gaul’s came right out and fixed our air within a hour of calling them. Great service and great guy that fixed our issue! We will call them again when we need someone!!Service: A/C system repair
