Every time I am supposed to get a check in the mail (per informed delivery), I suddenly don’t get mail. Or the check. One three separate occasions I have had to request a new check. I have filed complaints and nothing happens.

Is it really that hard to have a HUMAN answer the phone? Especially in such a small town, it doesn't make any sense to me. I can call and talk to workers at the post office in Chicago, but not Polo. What a shame.

I went all the way thru the (automated) menu and could never talk to a human sad. No local phone number.
