He was wonderful, explaining everything. He checked for all discounts and helped me get the phone that was exactly what I wanted. He didn't make me feel stupid when I asked questions, which I'm sure he's been asked a hundred times. I will ask for Austin every time I go back. Please let him know I do appreciate his help.

Kevin, Andrea, and Austin are extremely knowledgable and knew exactly how to solve a complex change in phone service. I highly recommend their expertise and, above all, patience. Obviously a result of excellent training. My only recommendation for ATT Corporate is to install faster Wi-Fi in the store. That would improve overall service and wait times significantly and really it's such an easy, inexpensive fix. It would be a smart business decision. My time in the store could have dropped to one hour vs the four hours waiting for slow Wi-Fi. Kevin eventually had to use his own personal phone as a hot spot otherwise we might still be there. Many thanks to Kevin for his experience, expertise, and patience. Austin and Andrea too.
