“Friendly people. Even though they called my EX to confirm my appointment after I TOLD them upon scheduling. They would have to make me a new account due to divorce and verified my phone number with them. They couldn't find me in the system and insisted I didn't have an appointment even though I have a recording from the employee trying to verify the appointment... other than that debacle, Robin, who filed for me was extremely helpful, friendly and willing to teach me some things.”
