“Friendly people. Even though they called my EX to confirm my appointment after I TOLD them upon scheduling. They would have to make me a new account due to divorce and verified my phone number with them. They couldn't find me in the system and insisted I didn't have an appointment even though I have a recording from the employee trying to verify the appointment... other than that debacle, Robin, who filed for me was extremely helpful, friendly and willing to teach me some things.”

“If my tax professional, Carol, is still working at H&R Block next year, I will definitely return to have my taxes done there again. However, if she decides to retire before then, I might possibly look elsewhere. She has done an excellent job of making sure I maximize deductions and complete my taxes as accurately and efficiently as possible.”
