Car was picked up by another company and this is where it started, I spoke with Robin she stated that they had not received the car. She said let me make a few calls, less then 5 she found it. We are 4 hours away, Robin during this entire process assured me that they would handle everything. They did 100%, I am so thankful this mishap happened and they were assigned. They cared, understood and followed through, Robin, Matt and team have earned a customer for life. If anyone i know has any issues in Pontiac, Im sending them to Robin.
