I don't usually have great experiences with the Big chain pharmacies but my local CVS in Pontiac is the best pharmacy team I have ever dealt with. Every single time I need my meds filled they always go above and beyond to make sure I get my medication and I truly appreciate them

Any time I've went there they have a hard time finding meds and not very friendly I think everyone hates there job.

If I could go elsewhere for my medication I would, but this is the only place in town that gets my specific meds. I’m not sure if the pharmacy is under staffed like most places and the workers are just burnt out and moody or what, it seems that almost every interaction I have with this location is a negative one. I’m a pretty easy person to please and I do my best to be as friendly and respectful as I can but it’s like I’m a crack head calling for my fix when I call this pharmacy. I’m sure they deal with some pretty colorful characters around here, but it’d be nice to be treated as a patient who needs their medication to function because that’s what I am. I feel like a real bother to these people and wish it weren’t that way. I’m a very understanding person and I don’t get upset easy but I go through this same process every month. I never get my medication on time and go days without it and I call and get a run around or a moody response when I’m asking simple questions. I’m sorry if my review comes off as offensive but I’m genuinely concerned and quite displeased. I also try to use the automated options or I try the cvs app first so I don’t bug staff but it never seems to display correct information or I’m just not doing something right.

MOST OF THE PEOPLE AT CVS PHARMACY IN PONTIAC ARE GREAT RECENTLY ONE OF MY MEDS JUMPED FROM $20.00 A MONTH TO $420.00 A MONTH NOT THEIR FAULT BUT WHEN I. TALKED TO AN EMPLOEE ABOUT IT BEING SO MUCH MORE EXPENSIVE FOR ME TO HAVE TO PAY FOR NOW. SHE WASNT SYMPHATHETIC AND. MADE A REMARK I DIDNT APPRECIATE. IT ABOUT MY COMPLAINING ABOUT THE JUMP IN PRICE FOR SOME PEOPLE PRICE JUMPS LIKE THIS. ARE.
