Somebody needs to explain to me why they can pick up my neighbors garbage and drive right on by mine. I am paid out 2 yrs. in advance. I put it out Sunday night...they pick up Monday.
I live in the country and no one parks in front of it or blocks it. In the last 6 weeks...1 pickup...period. Absolutely terrible service. Called Peoria office 5 or 6 times...they are nice enough, but obviously the communication is lacking to Pontiac, or they just can't figure it out.

I called in yesterday with a concern on how my trash bins are thrown after the garbage is emptied. Because of this it resulted in it being left close to the road and a lady hitting our trash bin, damaging her car and the bin. I was told I would get a call back to discuss this in 24 hours, that was Thursday about noon. It’s now Friday evening and no callback. The only time I see urgency is when you’re a few days late on making a payment for service. But when that bill continuously increases, don’t expect them to have the decency to let you know. Thanks for the trash service, literally.

We canceled at before the end of our billing cycle b/c they increased our rate to $325 = 34% increase. We were then charged $231 for them to pick up my small, blue trash can. I called them and they found an accounting error. Now I JUST owe $55 for them to pick up their own trash can. There is no binding contract as I never signed a contract but it's $55 and I don't want them to gave a negative imoact on my credit, so I will reluctantly pay it. Central Illinois Disposal is less than 1/2 their price and the pink cans are twice as big. I will never use nor refer anyone to Republic.

junk service. no schedule kept, guys dump trash in street when dumping and drive off. absolute disgrace

Several price increases within a years time...to almost doubling the cost. Was advised there would be a service charge for the pick up of trash receptical and. I would receive a call from Republic to schedule the pick up. No call ever received, just harassing phone calls for past due payment. Not so. Every time I called customer service, I was told it was noted in my account service was cancelled. So why the harassing phone calls? The last customer service agent, Natanya, tells me Republic doesn't call to schedule a pick up, it's just the following week on your pick up day. Every time I called Republic, different responses from the company and no follow thru from their representatives. Simply put, I was lied to and say anything to keep me quiet. I feel at this point, it's time to contact legal representation. Service cancelled in September 2022, to be effective October, 2022,and here it is January, 2023 and nothing resolved.Service: House & garage cleanouts

They are comparable in price for dumpster rentals. Maria is very easy to work with via email. The dumpster pick up is always on time. Great job!Service: Dumpster rental

They skip pickup days, put in a missed pick-up ticket, they don't pickup the missed ticket. Get the runaround when you call. They change pickup days and times without notification. They change rates without notification. Terrible customer service. If you the option of some other service, use the other people. UPDATE- emailed them as they requested, still nothing. Called this afternoon and spoke to someone that said I can get $8.21 credit if they miss the missed pick-up which was scheduled and they missed that too! WOW.

I've had some serious issues with service charges and pickups, followed by difficulties with getting responses. I've been talking with the local rep, Maria, who has done a lot so far to fix things. If they manage to follow through with what she has arranged it will be excellent. We shall see.

We are new customers and called to have a dumpster delivered to use for a limited time. Maria Ramirez is the Republic Services Representative that helped us. She was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The dumpster was delivered quickly for when we needed it and on time.

My Republic Services Representative, Maria R. is always very friendly, easy to work with and always ready to help. She does her best to support our needs and when any issues arise, she works hard to get them resolved. When I call in with any requests or issues, Marias friendly and outgoing personality along with her willingness to go out of her way to help, makes dealing with Republic Services more pleasant. I would recommend Maria as a Rep for Republic Services to anyone who is looking for a reliable, friendly, courteous and always pleasant to deal with point of contact for RS.

Republic is very reliable. The driver comes by every week with a smile and a wave! My company needed an extra pick up because we were doing a spring clean. It didn't even take 24 hours to local Rep to call me back. My Local rep always will to help me. They are always helping the community. Thank you RS! You make garbage stress free!
