John texted me beforehand letting me know I could reach out to him anytime if i ran into any issues. I ended up running into issues returning my truck on mobile phone as the data in my area was bad so I let John know, and he took care of it on his end. I had to use U-Haul two nights in a row and on the second night he graciously refunded my insurance fee without me asking as a way to say thank you.
