Shower was disgusting they seemed like like they never cleaned it when I took a shower hair in the sink and dirt on the toilet and behind it and under the sink like it was been used by someone else and never cleaned with disinfectant and sweep and mopped.

I purchased five pieces of regular chicken wings on 07/18/2025, and unfortunately, they were the worst I’ve had. The quality and taste were very disappointing. I hope Pilot takes this into consideration and works on improving the chicken wings.

Large and nice area. Plenty of car/truck/RV parking. 185 spaces, 56 reserved, (get yours online, pay with your points) 30 bobtail. Handicap is in the bobtail section and not listed online. Homestyle meals, (meatloaf, chicken, etc.) Denny's. Washers, dryers and showers. Gaming room. "Be a Beacon of light so others can find their way. Safe and happy travels!" Be'Be'

Worse Pilot J gas station. Cashiers not friendly and don't focus job. Only talk with each other. Bought hot food and got only half. Ask Cashier why the food 3 times less than another Pilot J. They said it's our service and walk away... Bought mashed potatoes and got half spoon... About beef stew nothing to say, like for baby. I love Pilot J and everyday between 3+ years I buy fuel and food, but this one is just bad...

Can’t pay to reserve parking…..well you can but no guarantee you will get your spot. They don’t regulate their reserved parking, let drivers who don’t pay stay because of “a driver pulling a weapon one night” well sorry, how about have law enforcement enforce your lot then. Theft of service is technically all they need to know to solve the parking issue. Trash facility, just do better!

Cesspool. Everywhere smells like piss. 400 parking spaces and my 2 bedroom house has a larger bathroom. You will need to use a shower credit if you want to use the bathroom. Maybe that’s why the whole place smells like piss. Checkout line is a mile long with foreigners trying to get the perfect change trophy. Even when there’s 1 million open spaces, there’s trucks parked all retarded where they’re not supposed to be.

I am currently working on a 2 month project with 12 other drivers. We each stopped in, purchased fuel, ate in the restaurant. We wanted to have a barbecue in the evening to relax and bond with the drivers. We were told we weren't allowed to barbecue. We spend months away from home and this is the thanks we receive as drivers??? Pilot Flying J is supposed to be a company that supports drivers but we get treated like 2nd class citizens??

This location has started passing off lollipops and bread crumbs and count them as wings. I purchased 12 wings just now and got 3 lollipops and 1 bread crumb in there. There are only 8 that can be counted as wings. I don’t care if the wings might be smaller but no way anyone should accept incomplete wings and count them as ones. You all need to do better

This place is useless. Every single diesel pump is down none of them work. They don't even let you know. I waited in line to try one it didn't work I had to try another bump and it didn't work either. Finally the maintenance guy came out and said oh yeah the pumps are all down. That would have been nice to know an hour ago. Too bad they don't know how to put up a sign or something now my day is ruined. I won't be able to make my delivery on time and I still don't have any fuel.
