“I unfortunately did not receive assistance several times within the first 30 days of having service. I was ready to completely part ways with the company but then received a phone call to get my problems and questions remedied. I spoke with someone in management, and it was a sincere human who seemed to truly care about his business and customers. I was shocked how genuine and charismatic he was, a rare find. He turned my agitation into understanding and was humble in his delivery. Because of his sincerity and wanting to make things right, my original review of 1 star is now 4. If the other interactions were with him, it would be an astounding 5.”

The call line operators are responsive and very accommodating for my wants and needs. They have an amazing maintenance guy on site that has helped me out tremendously! I can't wait to see what else they have in store for this place! It's truly gonna be one of the best spots coming up!! I would and definitely have told a friend and my family members to rent here!”

“I’ve been renting my unit for 10 months now and I am completely satisfied with the service, location, and staff. Prices are reasonable and competitive with similar options around the region. The property is always clean, well lit, and the two access gates make it so I’ve never had a long wait to get in or out. My unit stayed dry all winter and everything is in good condition after a round of each season. Even when the property management company changed in the last year, communication was timely and clear. When I’ve had questions, I always get a prompt response. Highly recommend for anyone needing storage in the area.”

I just lost my god dad this week so we needed to move so we are storing my things there for now till my apartment is done getting repaired!

“This company did what very few do-they listened. I had a lot of trouble with billing issues when they first took over, then out of nowhere gate codes didn’t work. Twice I came out and couldn’t get in. It even cost me some money not being able to access the unit. It had just reached a point of pure frustration. So, I left a negative review. Then, to my surprise, the management called me, they went out and figured out the issue and made it right. The owner handled the situation quickly and professionally.
Honestly, the facility and overall experience is a 3-star at best. But the positive and professional manner with which management resolved a problem definitely warrants the 4! Only reason I can’t do 5 stars is, I wish the issue had been handled without me having to resort to a negative review. The moment they knew there was an issue would have been the time to fix it, not weeks later after it happened again. Still, the fact they finally handled it and made it right definitely was impressive. Thank you.”
