Had an appointment today to get my vehicle shipped off to Hawaii for a military pcs and it went well! The lady processed my documents quickly while another staff member went to do a quick lookover of my car. It had minor spots that needed cleaning so she gave me time to make sure the gas was at the required amount, as well as pointing out what to clean. After that, it was all easy and straightforward. The inspector was fast and made the documents quickly. I left feeling satisfied!!

It would be nice if somebody would answer the phone. Been calling for four days now throughout the day with no answer. Would rather not drive 8 hours to be turned around since I can’t get ahold of anybody to ask a question that is not listed on the website.

We had a pleasant experience this afternoon shipping our vehicle to Anchorage, AK. We arrived about an hour early to our appointment, we were greeted immediately. Most of the personnel were at lunch, so we did have to wait around 30 minutes which wasn’t an issue. Once we got called up the process was seamless (we did have a fast pass appointment). Pre-inspection went smooth and the actual inspection went pretty quick (around 15 minutes). We were in and out in about 1.5 hours (including the wait). The staff was kind and courteous. I highly recommend doing Fast Pass to speed things up. A big bonus is the fact the lobby was dog friendly and our furbabies don’t have to wait in the car!

Very helpful and professional staff. They were able to get me in a few minutes early. Fast pass inspection saved time, and wasn’t necessary for me to bring physical documents since “preapproved” online.
Cost $37 to get Uber to the airport.

Drop off went so smoothly that I was scared to relax. I've heard the horror stories of drop off but seriously... do what the briefing says and you will be good. The staff was so friendly! We did witness a customer get turned around for not cleaning anything but as we drove off we could tell it wasn't clean. If you think you'll be alright, clean it more. If you are stressing you won't pass, you're doing something right because you care.

Initially I was super worried about what this process would be like from all of the horror stories but I can honestly say it was fast, seamless and I was in and out in an hour. They made this the least stressful part of my upcoming PCS
