“The service was great! I was able to get my oil change and tire rotation done in the needed time so I could get to work on time. I did encounter a problem with 1 of my tire pressure sensors not working properly as I traveled to work. I called and talked to Ken Shaw about the problem. He said to bring the car back by the next day and they would resolve the problem, which they did do. Thanks for the prompt resolution of my tire sensor problem.”

I called to look at a car and they said well have the car ready for you and you’ll get a “VIP test drive.” I walked into the store and no one looked up from their desk. I got someone’s attention and asked about the car and they had no idea who I was.
No big deal, I could look past it and I test drove the car, liked it and made an offer.
They agreed to by price and I came back to buy the car, they knew that I was preapproved for 5.2% and I said I’d finance with them if they could match it.
After waiting 3 hours, past closing time, I got to see the finance team. He repeated the price we agreed on and said let’s get this paperwork signed and get you out of here.
Later, I realized that on my loan paperwork, it says that the price of the car was $1859 more than what I signed for with the sales team and more than what was on the paperwork for my Missouri title paperwork. I have now called each day multiple times 10/27-10/30 trying to get ahold of someone. On 10/29, I did talk to someone who said that it looks like It was a charge for something aftermarket. I explained to him that I had nothing done to the car, never was asked about adding anything onto the car. He said he’d have the GM call me back.
Of course no one has called me back. I called again today and have just been passed from operator to operator.
Do not trust this dealership. I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt and be patient. But if I stole $1859 from them, I’m sure they wouldn’t be so patient.”

“I got an 2003 murcury mountaineer from big Jim's an two months later started having problems with it. I put more money into getting it fix than what I paid in car notes. My truck broke down again and jim said he got me, but today it's a different story. I had to have it towed, but I didn't have the money so I had to borrow it. When someone say they got you, you expect them to do so, but jim wont do nothing.”
