Creekwood got me in the same day I called, took great care of my fur baby, made sure I wasn't spending an arm and a leg on unnecessary testing, and was super quick and to the point about everything. “We have had exceptional experience with the Davis Pet Hospital group of vets and techs. Even their prices are very reasonable. Our friends and family have switched their pet care to them.Our first interaction with Davis was when my younger lab needed an assessment for knee surgery. We were seen by Dr. Ring, whose thoroughness and thoughtfulness left an impression.Our next interaction was when our older lab faced a sudden health crisis. The clinics closer to us were unable to handle an emergency. Davis welcomed us immediately and provided a tech and a gurney to help get our dog into the building. Once again Dr. Ring attended. He guided us through the diagnosis and treatment options with compassion and clarity. He stayed by our side, allowing us the space to grieve privately after making the difficult decision. The technician was equally empathetic, handling administrative tasks with sensitivity. They even provided a thoughtful paw impression.A few days later, we received further evidence of their professionalism and genuine care when we received a signed card from the staff, with Bella's nose print and a personal note from Dr. Ring.We have since been back for other more routine dog care and had experience with other vets and techs. They all have been very professional and caring without breaking the bank.”

He was very gentle with our old lady and she felt completely relaxed, so much so that she laid down on the table with her head down. “I recently moved to the area and needed a vet. This place is awesome. They really care about animals. No matter how many times you call, you never feel like you are bothering them. They dealt with the pharmacy and did everything they could to help me be able to keep my dog who has horrible seperation anxiety. I work quite a bit and the recent move affected him a lot. And what everyone says about reasonable prices, that is very true! Much cheaper than any other place I have ever taken my dogs. Thank you so much. From Trish and Gabar.?”
“Took my mini chihuahua here for teeth cleaning. Read many reviews prior to coming and decided when he had his blood work done prior I could get a feel for the place. Cannot say enough good things about this place. Friendly, called me when my dog was under anesthesia. Dealt with many people here (all super) and called me after to check on the dog. Would take him here again in a heart beat.”

“This clinic is amazing. Every exotic vet I called for a quote ranged from $340-$600 to have my rabbit fixed. I took her here after being informed that there was a vet that could operate on rabbits for a fraction of the price. It's extremely importation that you get rabbits fixed since they have a high change of getting cancer if you don't. It's also important that the vet know how to work with rabbits since there's so many small details that can kill them. Hertz second chance did a great job and I'm fortunate to have found them for my rabbit.”

“When I moved into this area over the summer, I tried a different vet office in the area. That office was dirty, cramped, and dim. The care was fine, but facilities means something. Hawthorne is both way cleaner and has top-tier service. I had to have my bulldog put down in September and was so thankful for Hawthorne's 24 hour service. I now have a kitten, and will likely have another bulldog at some point, and take them to Hawthorne.”
