“They saved my Thanksgiving. My car’s fuel pump failed during my trip from west central Iowa to Chicago. They were the only auto repair shop that was willing to look at my car a day before Thanksgiving. They also recommended Sharpe Towing which also offered fantastic service. The office staff were extremely helpful, personable and friendly. The mechanics diagnosed the problem and fixed the car within hours of it being towed in. I wish that they were close to where I live as they would be the only shop that I would go to. I would highly recommend them.”

I assumed I was gonna have trouble because customer service is generally terrible lately. They sent to Robbie check it out and he was awesome about the whole thing, said I should have called sooner for them to fix. He replaced my window and now my wipers work right again! He was more than I expected for customer service. Great kid on their team. I appreciate good customer service, but great service is almost non existent anymore. Thanks Robbie.”

It had a noticeable dent and deep scratches on it from getting knocked over while it was off the bike during maintenance, and a couple dings and chips from being 20 years old. He was able to bring it back to like new condition minus the decals as they aren’t manufactured anymore, but he did go over some custom airbrush options we could have done. Overall I would highly recommend, pricing was very fair given the quality of work performed and it was done within the timeframe he gave.Service: Body & Trim”
