The toppings, seasoning and cheese were very sparse. I've bought better from here in the past so this was disappointing! It was just glorified cardboard!

The lady at the register was very sweet, the lady in the kitchen not so much. Had a terrible attitude and rolled her eyes when we asked at around 10:10 if she had any potato bites or breakfast pizza coming out. I get it can be frustrating having people ask for things but rolling your eyes at customers is unprofessional and uncalled for. And not only that but I've been in there a handful of times around 830am and both items were out but today I was told they don't go out until 11.

Worst Casey’s I’ve ever been too. Every time we order pizza it’s NEVER ready. They don’t even have to be busy and our pizza is never ready when they say it’s going to be ready. This was the last time my pizza wasn’t ready. They said 20 mins, I gave it 30 and they still disappoint. They need to get it together, I’ve given chance after chance over the last 2 yrs and they are still the worst!! I swear they hire anybody. Nothing ever changes, they definitely need new management! From now on I will only order my pizzas from River Bend Pizza. There’s is better anyway.

5 o clock on a Friday not a single slice of pizza but 5 people in the kitchen make it make zense. Wasting that caseys corporate money doing nothing i guess.

The amount of toppings on the pizza's here has greatly diminished. The garden pizza, the vegetables are diced.So tiny you have to really look to find them.

Just spent $72 on pizza that had half the toppings than it usually does. The pizzas were smaller Than usual. Price is going up quality Going way down. getting the point where I don’t think I’m gonna order from cases anymore because the experience is consistently getting worse with quality of the food. Customer service was great. The people who help me were amazing. Now if Casey’s put that kind of effort into the quality of their food maybe I would consider ordering again. But for $72 I don’t think I will.

Ordered a pizza and was given a 30 minute pick up time. When I arrived, I was told it hasn’t been started and to come back in fifteen. I came back 25 minutes later and they did not start the order and had to wait another 35 minutes in Casey’s. I was also told they did not have sauce for the chicken I paid for. I missed most of the social event the pizza was even for. Slices are rarely on the spinner during the week and in the morning for breakfast during the week. I am not normally one to post reviews or even be upset, but this was ridiculous. Not even a “sorry for the wait.” SMH. I am going to kwik star going forward.

We ordered 2 pizzas to take to some friends house and we all thought the pizzas were Great! Even leftovers the next day my husband and I had the leftovers and they were still delicious. Great job and wonderful service. The pizzas were a lot better than Princeton and LeClaire. We live in Princeton but we might just order from Port Byron from now on.

Zero stars. It used to be great, but they have messed up my order 100% of the time for the last 2 or 3 years. They never take accountability and sometimes even try blaming me(which is odd because I use the app and can always verify what I ordered). Last year I had to return to get taco sauce(because the guy in the kitchen forgot). I walked in to grab it and the guy at the register asked why I came back, I told him and immediately the cook yelled "That's a lie!". I once walked in to find out my order had been forgotten entirely, the manager said "It's not my fault, I was doing a delivery." I replied "That's ok I can run down the street and come back, will it be ready in 20 minutes?". She said "Oh no, it will be done in ten.", when I returned 20 minutes later they ignored me for an additional 25-30 minutes while they finished my order... no apology or anything. There have been dozens of incidents like this, this particular visit took an additional 25 minutes beyond the pickup time. I cringe every time I order food from there, but my kid loves it and I don't want to 30 minutes out of the way to another location. It looks like I'm doing the extra 30 minute drive from this point forward.
