Horrible customer service. Mu phone got damaged I had for over a year and paid the insurance now I've had service for 2 weeks without phone because the insurance likewize automated system got the incident date wrong. So now been without phone and paid feed or month of service. They wont pro rate me refund me or anything. I've been with boost for over 5 years never had this issue. The company has gone to crap and dont recommend it at all. The insurance is crap the service is crap. Dont use them you will get screwed

Employee lied saying the $25 plan has no internet data, only talk. Went ahead got the $50 plus $30 for to get started 1st month, I’ve had unlimited + the plan last 2 months. Just tell truth next time sheesh. Hello T-Mobile thank you

Had an issue with my account and they helped me fix it. It took a long time but they did it. I went to like 3 other Boost Mobile stores nearby and tbh they weren't much help. Just glad they were they available since I really didn't money to keep traveling (since this place was kinda far).
