At first, I was a little skeptical, thinking they might just be telling me what I wanted to hear to make the sale. But they gave me the full history of the vehicle, including the fact that the battery had been replaced with a brand-new one by Tesla.
When I later took the car in for routine maintenance, the mechanic confirmed that both the battery and the drive motor were brand new—not rebuilt—which made me feel even more confident about my purchase. Because of that great experience, I went back and bought another Tesla for my wife, and once again, the team at Driven Auto was transparent and informative about the vehicle’s history.
