“After finding the car I was after online, I called Driven Auto Sales and spoke to Ibrahim. From the get go he was super helpful, patient and informative throughout the process. I knew the BMW iX I was calling about was priced very well, but since I live in California I really needed to get an inspection completed on it even though it only had 11k miles. The inspection took longer than expected to complete, but Ibrahim was helpful throughout the process and I worked with him to hold the vehicle. With the inspection completed I worked with Ibrahim to complete all the paperwork. He was incredibly patient with me answering the many questions I had given that this was my first time purchasing a car without seeing it in person. Ibrahim then helped get the car shipped to me (took about 10 days) and was there to answer any questions I had while it was in transit. Huge thanks to Ibrahim for getting me into my new car!The only piece that didn’t go as smoothly was after the transaction was complete and getting the title paperwork. In CA, you have 20 days from when the car enters the state to get it registered but I didn’t get the title until day 15 (which was 25 days after the purchase given the 10 days it took getting shipped) and almost incurred significant late fees for not registering on time. If you’re not buying in person, you may want to be extra diligent in following up and making sure their back office sends the necessary paperwork. -1 star for the unnecessary stress this caused.Overall, though, working with Driven Auto Sales and especially Ibrahim was a wonderful experience and I’m very happy with how everything ended up turning out.”

“Wow!!!!! This is my first ever review. At first I was very skeptical to look at vehicles being sold at used car lots ( very skeptical). Especially one that's located in Chicago Heights, no offense. I admit that I read every single review before deciding to call the dealer. I wanted just to speak to a salesman first to see what kind of vibe they give me. After speaking to the Mr. Green for five minutes I knew that I was going to give them a chance. My instincts did not let me down. O.t Auto Sales is a small family store that truly care about there customers and does not treat you like your just a number unlike some of the bigger dealerships. The atmosphere surrounding the store was very clean and friendly. I only dealt with Mr. Green who was very professional and made me feel very comfortable. He applied absolutely no pressure on me to purchase a vehicle the same day and allowed me enough time to think and pray about possibly purchasing my next vehicle without calling and hounding me. When I came back to test drive the vehicle, O.t auto allowed me to take the vehicle to my own mechanic to get it check out.Another concern of mine was financing at a small dealership. What kind of interest rates? Would my information on file be safe guarded? etc.... Like I said before Mr. Green is an ultimate professional, he demonstrated to me how my information would be safe guarded and I eventually purchased my vehicle with a 3.1% a.p.r on a used 2014 Chevrolet Equinox. I referred my girl friend to him and she had an equally great experience and vowed to buy her future vehicles from him. We both recommend O.t Auto Sales to any one that is looking for a vehicle.........I waited over a month to do my review because I wanted to see how my vehicle held up.
