“We had an unfortunate accident where my husband put a cabinet in our truck bed and it tapped the back window and shattered it. We don’t have a great place to keep the truck inside so we needed to get the glass repaired quickly. We are new to the area and took a chance…. “The team at Napa Auto parts is one of the best! I went in there with a set of bearings that I needed for something for my wife, and I had been to no less than five other parts stores trying to find these bearings and I walked in there, set the bearing on the counter The Man behind the counter pulled out as my micrometer, measured them, walked into his parts room, and came back with the bearings the whole thing took less than 10 minutes. As I'm sure that he's been in the business for a while and he knows what he's doing that may have been the difference between what I was dealing with and where I'd been before but I can't say this strongly enough if you need a part these guys can get it for you.”

“Unbelievablely amazing. I contacted 8 different shops and between getting blown off , outrageous estimates, or 3 month wait times to even see my truck.... I called Clay and the next business day 1st thing in the morning they had my truck in, DONE same day. Jason there installed, all my lighting, moldings , badges, done right. They even subtracted money from my bill that was already more than a fair price to keep the old lights they took off! The lady at the desk was super nice. “This Red Bud location is the best. The young man that helped me out knows his stuff. He knew what information he needed to know from me and what he could plug anything in for. I had been quarantined for an upcoming surgery for my husband. My car battery was toast. He provided me with a contactless transaction. Other than handing him my credit card out the window. He loaded my new battery and took away the old battery.”
