“We had an unfortunate accident where my husband put a cabinet in our truck bed and it tapped the back window and shattered it. We don’t have a great place to keep the truck inside so we needed to get the glass repaired quickly. We are new to the area and took a chance…. James Auto Body got us in the next day and got it repaired for us at what we considered a reasonable price. They worked with us on our crazy schedules for drop off and pickup as well. “Highly recommend. Called a Jeep dealer regarding a leaking radiator hose for my 2009 Commander. Was referred to another shop due to its vehicle age. Called Barley to evaluate this, and they diagnosed my issue, ordered my Jeep parts, and had me restored days before I expected a solution. Barley automotive seems to excel where old dealership maintenance crews have fallen short: prompt maintenance and service, without warranty or manufacturer nonsense too common today. If you need service near I-55 and Route 32, give them a shout.”
“Unbelievablely amazing. I contacted 8 different shops and between getting blown off , outrageous estimates, or 3 month wait times to even see my truck.... I called Clay and the next business day 1st thing in the morning they had my truck in, DONE same day. Jason there installed, all my lighting, moldings , badges, done right. They even subtracted money from my bill that was already more than a fair price to keep the old lights they took off! The lady at the desk was super nice.
