This location goes above and beyond. I have never had a bad experience here. Such an amazing staff, especially Tracy!! As someone who doesnt know much about cars, I always feel well informed and taken care of here. The best auto-part store in town by far

Went in autozone to get a turn signal bulb for my daughter's car was waited on by Douglas told him I didn't know how to replace bulb and he gladly did it for me very nice professional guy highly recommend auto zone

My family always has a great experience at this Auto Zone. BILL, TRACY, AND GABE. They are so knowledgeable and helpful. Even when you don't know crap about what you're doing. I love ❤️ 😍 this store. They deserve raises.

I've been here mamy times throughout the years and I've always had a good experience with helpful employees. Most recently I was helped by an employee named Gabriel, and he helped me find the product I needed, making sure to get enough information from me to ensure I was buying the right product, and he was just a friendly dude the whole time. He's a real one.

I have been going to this autozone alot lately and that in itself is stressful enough, but let me tell you the service o receive here is nothing short of fantastic. Tracy and Doug are so happy and helpful ☺️. They truly make what is a bad situation so much better.

Tracy at AutoZone Princeton just saved me a nice chunk of cash and gave me the confidence to diy my dad's car. I am taking care of it now for medical reasons, and I came in the store not sure where to start to get a gross smell out of the cabin. She helped me and guided me through the steps. Didn't push any one product, and didn't grab the most expensive brand; she gave me the advice and products I NEEDED. You have a loyal customer for life now! You made an intimidating project a moment of victory for me. Thanks Tracy!

We were traveling across country. Our battery light came on. Toyota dealership and farm and fleet were no help. We went to auto zone in Princeton, IL and Tracy not only helped right away but tested and verified the battery and gave us the tools to switch out a new battery. She was awesome!!! Thank you for getting us back on the road in 15 min!
