Two days ago, I forgot a purchase at the counter because I was in a hurry to get to work. Called back in 15 minutes and the Store Manager "Julie" said "yep", you forgot them. Brought it to me at work when she was off duty!!!! That's above and beyond!! Also Assistant Manager Holly is "top notch"!! Always polite, professional, and has a smile. The whole staff is great!! Appreciate all of you!!

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a Casey’s . No lids for cups was out so I asked.. worker acted as if I was ruining her day and looked as if she didn’t want to get.. so I had to end up saying forget get it.. still the service got worse…. Get it together Casey’s

The people working at this caseys are incredibly nice. I passed through this gas station on my way home to Iowa and I accidentally forgot my phone there. The people at this caseys were able to send it back to me in a few days in the same condition. Very trustful and nice people!

Worst breakfast bowl from any Casey’s around the whole USA, whoever works in that kitchen on this morning July 19th 2022 at 5:30am needs moved to different area, they do not know how to cook at all. Please remove them I’ve been to 1000 Casey’s I’m a truck driver and by far the worst breakfast bowl ever. No gravy, hash brown not cooked, scrambled eggs dry and way to much pepper or something in it. Just horrible!!!

Some Casey's stores in this area have been remodeled in the past few years. New locations with new stores have been opened in Princeton and Henry recently. They are more spacious, have expanded kitchens, and are clean. They have larger gas pump areas. All in all, the Casey's in this area are nice, functional, and...CONVENIENT! (yes, I went there)

The food is generally okay. The man named Tim who works the night shift is literally the worst cashier you will ever have. You could bring seven items to ring up and he will not offer you a bag. If you ask for a bag he will simply tear one off and hand it to you to personally bag your own items. If the kitchen is busy and he is not he will not be a team player and help out. I have seen this man on several occasions treat myself and other customers with the utmost disrespect. I imagine the only reason he is kept around, is because he is a body that comes in and works the night shift. I shudder to think how his coworkers must feel. Hopefully this man will be replaced in time. I will be avoiding this Casey's and making the trip to spring valley after 11:00 p.m. for the foreseeable future.

Every time I order pizza from here they never read the whole directions on the slip and cut the pizza the way I marked for it to be cut.

Pretty decent Casey's gas station in Princeton, IL although it was a sleepy little stop: they have squeegees and good gas for cars and trucks. On the inside the place is chock-full of ice cold beer, donuts, crullers, ice, grill supplies, hot dogs, soda, chips, grocery, cans, coffee, energy drinks and a ton more..Princeton has a strait low road and Casey's can't be missed off the I-80 exit. There's lots of shade. They also sell fire wood and camp items.All in all this Casey's surprised me to the upside as it was in a tiny rural hamlet but was exceptionally clean, modern, friendly and easy and enjoyable to shop around in.I am taking off a star for two reasons. First was the fact that the urinal in the men's room filled up with water and sprayed its contents all over the place..The second reason is that there was a very elderly man in front of me who asked if the cashier would put in his rewards card for him ("I left my wallet in the car though..") because he brought only a wad of bills in, to pay for two cool drinks. The fake blonde cashier made this elder man limp out to his car instead! Review: clean, safe Casey's
