Awful service. If I could give it a negative number I would! Dropped a roto tiller off almost three months ago. No one could give me a consistent update. First it was part ordered and then it wasn’t. Then the lady at the desk who always promised to call back and never did numerous times stated they have no mechanics. No one bothered to show up for work. Then it was parts here should be ready on Wednesday….. nope they used the part somewhere else. Then it was we ordered another should be here this Wednesday. Called in Wednesday and low and behold no idea where part is. Said I would just pick it up and take it elsewhere. Drove around back and there it was in the same left hand corner they put it when I dropped it off. The mechanic back there said non one ever looked at it. Don’t take your machines there… right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing and your stuff gets lost in the shuffle!!!!!

Just started going there. Gone to Wal-Mart, Menards,Home Depot,Rural King, for hardware and parts.No luck many times. Diller-Rod has those parts in stock or next day in most cases. Staff SUPER knowledgeable and kind. My new "ONE STOP SHOP"
