WARNING!! Don't take your car here unless you want it worse than when you came in!!!! Took car into fix noise when starting it, was told was catalytic converter. Mechanic intentionally sawed into my exhaust pipe to make new cat fit, and cut off a portion of exhaust pipe as well. told me it was an illegal cat ordered out of Canada that doesn't meet emissions requirements in U.S. so it didn't fit properly. the sawed into exhaust made my car, with no previous issues like this sound like a dirt bike. He also broke a bolt holding the cat to the manifold causing engine exhaust to leak into the engine compartment and also the cabin of the vehicle. He never replaced the gasket that COMES WITH the replacement cat or told us about or replaced the bolt causing exhaust leakage. He wanted a quick pay day with a cheap part that didn't fit, and to be able to take my factory cat to the junkyard to make several hundred dollars off of it. Eventually started making my car not shift into gears until at max speed causing me to take it elsewhere for yet another repair costing hundreds more than initially. This guys a con artist and a scammer. They shouldn't even have a license. When I went in today to question mechanic about it he told me to get a lawyer and get out. Never even attempted to offer to fix or refund.

This is the worst shop by far that i have ever dealt with. first off they fixed the car without calling resulting in a $700 bill, second they up charged me $259 dollars on the part, making parts costs go up to over $500 on top of that still charging the $150 in labor costs. they are shady and dishonest and that is no way to do business

Hottest weekend,temp index reaching 110, this July 4th, 2022 weekend. My van had the one click, no start. Sunday morning, all service shops closed. Sent a messenger inquiry and got an answer! Shane was over to my driveway with auto system test equipment. It's repaired this am and I am very grateful! Didn't have to wait weeks, competitive price. Will be back!

We stopped going to the dealership and started going to K&E instead because it is evident that Ernie and Shane know more and take way more pride in their work. Customers forever. Thanks for all you guys do!

Very professional employees and even better quality of work! They go above and beyond for every costumer, and don't over charge you like some shops! There the only ones that touch me and my fiancé's cars and I highly recommend them to any one else

Tried rip us off w repairs and they won't look at us in eye when we ask questions. Said we need new motor and transmission. Result was only need brakes and new radiator. I wouldn't bother go there to get car repaired. I already suspect they been ripping us off from day one.! Also had them change new shocks when we got them the car was much lower than the old shocks and we even asked them fix it again and they say it's fine. Just rip. Off shop desperated for money also. Had them do atv repair and result I find out they never tight the bolt causing differental axle. Leaking almost ruined it and. I was lucky enough to catch it before it was destroyed . Very very disappointed in small town business ripping hard working people.. They even bug us calling us find out what wrong with it and it's none of their business where else we got it fixed.. Very sickening!

I know that buying a used car can be risky, but I couldn't afford much and needed a car. The car I bought had a some noise in the exhaust and needed tires, which was I ok with, and for the price, I figured I could put new tires and muffler on it and be good to go. What I didn't know was that this car had been in an accident. When I took it in to the muffler shop to have the exhaust repaired, they called me out to look at the car. Even I, who doesn't know much about cars, could see that there were pieces of "frame?" bent/damaged and pieces of metal pop riveted in and undercoating spread over it to make it look "ok." It is clear that the car had been hit really bad at some point, and the place that fixed it did a bad job. I can't blame K&E for the repair, because I don't know who did it, but I can say that they should have noticed this shoody work when they checked it over. I also learned that the reason the tires were worn they way there were, is because of the damage. The car can't be aligned properly. - I was told the car is "somewhat safe" to drive, but it won't hold up well if I ever get in an accident. Guess I'll pray that I don't get hit, and will start saving for another car and sell this to the junk yard for a fraction of what I paid, because I can't sell it to someone else the way it is. One other note: The two 5 star reviews are from the owners/employees/relatives. Thanks for screwing me K&E Auto Sales.
