“I went into the store for new phone. after getting the phone it turns out I was getting a free watch. Awesome, right?! Well, after I got the watch, I realized this wasn't the watch for me, so I traded it in for the flagship model. Because I did this within a couple days, Verizon (the corporation, NOT BeMobile) had my bill super jacked up. The employees, Alexis, Adam, and Amber, had to work pretty much all week on correcting my account. They worked on it when I wasn't even in store, letting me leave to run errands and pick up my kids from daycare/school while they were on the phone with corporate Verizon for hours. The customer service really deserves a 10, 5 stars isn't near enough.
I can't say enough things about the people at BeMobile Princeton. I was a huge inconvenience for them, but they took on my issues with no hesitation and made sure everything was correct.”
