Trying to call the post office is like waiting in the lobby of the dentists office! After 10 different prompts, including one that let's you pick which music you get to hear while on hold, I've been on hold long enough to eat breakfast, do the dishes, sweep and mop the kitchen floor, and write this post. And guess what... still on hold waiting to talk to a human!

USPS took my package which started in waunakee wi to Dallas tx and I live in Princeton IL which is on the route and only 3 hrs away from the shipping location. Why did the package not stop and get transferred to the nearest sorting location to me? The ball had to travel 14 hrs away for it to go to coppell to back to Dallas and lord only knows where it will end up next. The package only cost 10 bucks to ship. Who can drive from wi to tx for that? And what sense does it make to take packages further than they need to go? Makes more work for workers. Work smarter not harder people!

DOES NOT UPDATE THEIR HOURS ONLINE. Drove all the way here only to find out they close at 11AM on Saturdays now. Awful waste of time.

Worst service you can have since my postman retired. The either don't deliver my mail or drop it at wrong houses so my neighbors have to call me to come pick it up.
