I went into the store for new phone. after getting the phone it turns out I was getting a free watch. Awesome, right?! Well, after I got the watch, I realized this wasn't the watch for me, so I traded it in for the flagship model. Because I did this within a couple days, Verizon (the corporation, NOT BeMobile) had my bill super jacked up. The employees, Alexis, Adam, and Amber, had to work pretty much all week on correcting my account. They worked on it when I wasn't even in store, letting me leave to run errands and pick up my kids from daycare/school while they were on the phone with corporate Verizon for hours. The customer service really deserves a 10, 5 stars isn't near enough.
I can't say enough things about the people at BeMobile Princeton. I was a huge inconvenience for them, but they took on my issues with no hesitation and made sure everything was correct.

Amber took her time to help us transfer 3 phones and move an old line to a new watch as the watch no longer connected with the phone upgrades. Bill should not increase and that makes me happy.

I got a new phone 17 days ago, not from this location but directly from Verizon through the internet. The phone was not working correctly, and even though i did not get the phone from their location Adam helped me for over an hour working patiently with me and the customer service at verizon to try and get the phone to work. It ended up being something they could not fix and he demanded they send a new phone and get me all taken care of ASAP. He was so patient and so wonderful. Thank you Adam!!
