8 customers in line for over 15 minutes and evidently the front end cashiers can't help because the pharmacy is poorly designed. This from a company that basically rebuilt the interiors of every store in their system to accommodate an expansion of their digital income stream. Here's an idea: get your head out of your ASCII and take care of in-store experience.

I got a text notification with my bank saying someone at this location was trying to make a $300+ charge to my card. I called this location right away, I spoke to Rick and explained. He was very rude, condescending and unhelpful. Was cutting me off mid sentence. Showed no sympathy for the matter at all. Just said that there’s nothing they can do and that he would allow the suspect to leave the store with goods that were fraudulently purchased and told me to just contact my bank and ultimately hung up on me.

Huge sign says vaccines available every day but when we went for MMR they had none. Pharmacists shrugged his shoulders and said I don’t know why. Clerk said oh does our sign say that? This is why we switched to Target in Peru!

We were bringing my son from NJ to Iowa State for his freshman year and had an explosive blowout on I-80 in Illinois. Once AAA Hoyt the donut spare tire on we found the automotive section at this Wal-Mart. The awesome employee who helped us went above and beyond in finding the right size tire for our van - even though it was showing they had zero in their online inventory - he found one in an upper section. They had the new tire put on our van so fast! We still had hours of driving left ahead of us but these guys made the stress of the blowout and being in a different state, far from home, disappear! They were the best!

My son bought his first car, he is 15 years old. We have been repairing it over the last few months in preparation of painting it. He wanted to get spray paint to paint the trim pieces of his car while we were getting groceries. He has bought and paid for the car, and all the parts. This is his car and he has been incredibly responsible and hard working about it. He got flagged by the self check out for an id and the Walmart employee refused to sell it to him even though I am checking out in the aisle next to him with our groceries. I asked for the acting store manager and they explained that it was store policy, that I could not buy spray paint for a minor. my family went to put groceries in the car and i went and got more spray paint and they refused to sell it to me. This is paint for a car, not alcohol, not tobacco, not a gun for heavens sake. It's paint!
I will not spend another penny at this Walmart.

I really enjoyed shopping at this place. I had never visited it before and I found everything great. It met all my expectations. Well stocked, clean and organized. Many young workers are very good at customer service.
