“Came to Walmart to get a battery replaced. I was within warranty and the battery was replaced last year. I almost left because they were so busy until an associate by the name of Joe (Service Manager) greeted me. Got me in pretty quick. He was very nice. At checkout, Jacob helped me. He found the technicians ended up charging my battery, instead of me having to get a replacement and possibly spending more money on a battery. He was very nice also.
