I took my car to Todd's for a check engine light issue. It was 'fixed' for a day and then my car broke down again with the same issue. My biggest complaint was my husband and I's interaction with the receptionist, Melissa, over the phone. She was short, nasty and very unprofessional despite us asking simple questions about a part return. We will never return here and would never recommend anyone come here because of the receptionist.

Will never do business with them. Just calling and inquiring about my vehicle and the woman who answers the phone is rude with no people skills. Guarantee she loses them some business!

Todd was out of town and couldn’t help my daughter who had tire issues on a long trip, BUT he texted me 2 hours later when he got back in town to see if he could still help. THAT is personal service that one would never expect. I’ll probably never need his assistance, but I’d recommend him 100% to anyone.

I would give a 6 star if I could. This place went above and beyond. I came in with a list of stuff needing repaired and they fixed everything I asked. I don't know much about vehicle repairs but they made sure it was safe to drive (which it wasn't prior) and that's what matters most. They also informed me in a way I understood what the issues were and not just babbled expecting me to understand what they are talking about. I also came in with a time restriction and they got me on the road sooner than anticipated so now I can take my niece and nephews trick or treating in Ohio ? they are very excited as am I. I'm very thankful and grateful. Thank you Todd's!

A coworker recommended Todd’s. Reasonably priced and very fast service. Bought four new Dualers for my Silverado, had the front and rear end alignment done and the oil changed. Customer service was courteous and professional. Even though Prophetstown is very far out of the way, I will go back.
