This place is absolutely not open 24 hours a day. In fact, they must have the shortest hours of any gas station I know. Please update to show the actual hours.

They tried to charge 125 dollar out of the card. So it was early morning i bough a gas and then pump stopped at 22 so i was like did the card decline or the pump stop so i went inside to ask. Then i decided to pay it inside just in case then like I predicted one of my card declined so i decided to use my other one but right after i got in my car i recieved the mail from the bank saying Shell gas station charged 125 but got declined. When i went inside and confronted the cashier she said i only put 22 not 125. She
denied multiple times about the 125 charges

Super overpriced gas station go somewhere else. Or download the upside app. Was 4.19 a gallon got 55 cents off. Still a garbage gas station.

Have to agree with these other reviewers! This gas station is at least 50 cents or more than all of the other stations around. And it is run down. I usually avoid it and go to another one close by!

Always price gouging people. Here are a list of the 6 local gas station in prospect heights and their prices today for unleaded.Marathon - $4.44Mobil - $4.59Thorntons - $4.59Citgo - $4.59Mobil - $4.69This Shell station is $5.19!! 50 cents higher than the next highest neighborhood station. I know why this station is almost always empty, but question the intelligence of the rare customer at the pump.

This has to be the worst gas station in the northwest suburbs of Chicago. I came here to get gas and the pump didn’t print a receipt which I need to submit to work for reimbursement. They posted a sign that they will be back in 15 minutes and 30 minutes passed and still no one. The other thing I noticed is they are over 50 cents higher per gallon over any gas station that is nearby. Never again!

So I go inside and I see a young lady in working. Me being a respectful person I was raised to be, I say " Go morning" she kept walking. I'm honestly thinking maybe she didn't hear me so I politely say it again. She shakes her head and groans. I then Look at her and said "I'm so sorry was just trying to be polite. This girl said nothing. The guy behind ask her what happened. I then explained to him that I had spoke to her and what her reaction was. He then apologized and says sorry she doesn't feel well. Really she should have stayed home if she's going to be so rude. Unbelievable! So darn RUDE

Super convenient location for me. There's usually not a lot of cars here, so it's easy to get in and out of here fast--totally ideal when I'm on my way to work. They do take Fuel Rewards points, too.
