“Owner Jimmy was referred to me by another UPS Store that doesn't do freight. My dad recently passed away and he had my grandmother's heirloom Necchi sewing machine and sewing side cabinet. I was so nervous about shipping it from Chicago to Seattle, but it was either that or my mom was going to give it to the cleaning lady. Jimmy put all my worries at ease, showed me reference photos of other things that he had packed, and kept in constant text communication with me during the whole process. These photos are after we unwrapped it from even more foam padding and cling wrap from the freight truck pallet. Even the freight driver was impressed with the quality of packing. If I need any more heirlooms shipped from Mom, I'm going straight to Jimmy.”

I found this place when I was looking for a place that doesn't overcharge me for packing. Not only do they have fair prices, the packing itself is very well done and they can ship USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL and possibly more all from the store! You just give them the label, they pack it, and then you leave!
They specialize in shipping sensitive equipment, like medical devices, too! They can also custom make boxes and crates.”

“My mother in law and father in law went into UPS Wednesday, I was suppose to go with them because they were nervous that no one would understand what they needed, there English is very broken. Unfortunately I couldn’t go with them due to having a sick baby! I said if you need me just call me and I’ll try helping, they needed to get a notary to sign there mortgage papers for a modification and it had to be sent over night and get there before Friday. When they got back I asked if everything went okay, because they got back home pretty quickly. They said a bilingual lady was helping them and broke it down when the office would receive there mortgage papers, how over night shipping works. The stress was gone right when they stepped in and spoke to her, I asked for her name but they don’t remember. It was at the UPS in Des Plaines on Lee St. knowing they didn’t struggle to send something over important and urgent made me really happy.”
