I was here around 11 am 8/19 and the indian woman at the counter was sleeping.. i had the address ready all she had to do was create a label. She kept making the same mistakes, if theres an issue you have to do some part of your process differently and this associate ( maybe cus she was half asleep) did nothing to fix the issue, she just kept making the same errors then finally she was telling me the system cant generate a shipping label and i can write the address on the box? Not sure what that is supposed to do if she cant find the address in your system. I went to the Arlington post office and they figured it out with no issue. This inability to come up with such a simple solution is concerning to say the least.

I have anxiety issue but it made a big difference when I was greeted with a smile by Cora. I felt at ease. Thank you for helping me with what I needed.

Best post office in the area if you want to avoid long lines. Employees are friendly.

This is the best USPS location I have ever been! Even dough the place is always busy, it’s clean, FAST, organized and the staff is super polite e helpful! Great experience every time !

This is one of best post offices!! All workers here are so nice!! The customer service is top notch . More offices need employees like them .

I have been to Willing usps or Northbrook usps , but they are so rude and not cleaned that place ~! .This prospect hats place is always so friendly and warm service always !
I mailed all my mail here even though it is far from my house.
The other post office has 2 stars in the reviews. Their post offices are dark and dirty.
I hate to go there ~

The Post Master at the Prospect Heights location is so very accommodating, and attentive to the needs of customers. More offices need to take note of that tier of customer service.

Coralyn is a clerk at this location lacking any common sense or social skills. I am not sure how the postal service screens their employees but they certainly lack customer service skills. I came in to drop something off behind a couple talking to her while there were 3 other people writing stuff on their packages and still clearly doing it. She told me I have to wait for everyone to finish so she can scan my package and give me a receipt. I went to the Mt Prospect location and of course they took care me while others who were not ready were preparing their packages. Prospect Heights post office is the worst when it comes to serving the community. UPS and Fedex always provide wonderful service in contrast.

I was shocked to actually want to give a post office a review. Let alone a great review. There is a young gentleman whom was very courteous and funny. He was very efficient and polite. That was the last thing I was expecting in a post office.

It’s a little easy to miss (no sign on the building) on a busy road. The service was quick and pleasant. Very helpful and friendly workers. Day and night compared to the horrible Mt Prospect post office.

First time at this post office today and what a wonderful experience with teller named Coralynn. She had a name tag plainly displayed whereas the rude and stupid teller and supervisor at Arlington Heights post office did not. Coralynn provided pleasing, informed, and helpful service!

This post office is the closest to me and I’m so thankful, compared to PO’s in Chicago where I used to live, this is heaven! Kind workers and helpful, one even sings!
