Very poor customer service I would not recommend this location to anybody, I pulled up when it was raining to pick up my medicine, the lady told me I cannot help you because we’re closing for break, earlier this morning. I also pulled up at around 9:30 and the prescription was not yet ready. This was not a pleasant experience and the way she treated me as a customer was very rude.

I was always under the impression that Walgreens had competitive prices, but apparently, things have changed. Maybe they're gouging paying customers to make up for all of the theft (thanks!) Went recently to get two items. Got home and looked at the receipt... almost $38. I was like... uh, wtf? One item was $20, another was $15.50. I thought a mistake was made, but nope. Checked Amazon for the same two products... $20 item was $9 on Amazon. $15.50 item was $10 on Amazon. The item that was $15.50 at Walgreens was "$10 each if you buy two", which I was going to do, only to find out you now need some digital coupon vs. just your phone number. Wasn't installing the app, so only picked up one. Returned both items on principle alone. For whatever reason, they returned all but a few bucks to my card; the rest they put onto a store credit card. I asked why, and they told me it was because I used "points". I did not, or at least nobody asked me if I wanted to use points. Even so, I was confused... Wouldn't the points just have reduced the total? Why wouldn't the balance returned to my card match the total? Anyway, I wasn't going to waste any more time in the store for a few bucks. I'll use the store credit if I ever return to Walgreens for a prescription, but I have no plans to purchase anything non-Rx from there ever again based on their absurd price hikes...

Pharmacy is extremely slow. In a lot of pain waiting for my meds and having to wait hours longer than expected.

I got there at exactly 9:48 pm. Just to run in and get something very needed. Doors locked, woman is vacuuming. I get it. They want to close early, but it says they close at 10:00 pm. Really frustrating.

I sent in (2) images to be printed 5X7 on Sunday morning.
2:00 p.m. I received an email telling me that my prints are ready for pickup.
I go to the store and am told my prints are NOT ready.
“But I received an email stating that they were.”
“There must have been a glitch in the system. Call tomorrow.”
I called the following day only to be disconnected 3 times.
You must be very proud of your customer service!

I’ve tried to do the survey w numbers o receipt & keeps telling me needs more ?
I wanted to comment on recent improvements I’ve noticed at my local store (04146). I was there about 2P on 11/16 and the overall service now seems much improved. Maybe a slow done of vaccines being given? In any case, my favorite pharmacists, Nikki and Peter have been extremely helpful and it seems maybe there are more techs? In any case , the total ( busy) experience has improved and I am grateful. I’m hoping for continued experience like this!
Maybe our comments do help?!

I waited in the drive thru for like 20 mins and then had my turn. A pharmacist wearing white UIC lab coat asked for my name and address. Then she went to get the prescription and another pharmacist came to answer the call. She asked for my address and rung up the meds. Then she said have a good day. I said wait, I have another pick up. She asked “Another person?” I said yes. She made a frowning face and say “OMG hold on” and left the phone and went away. After few mins the earlier pharmacist came back and asked for the name and dob. I was wondering what wrong did I ask that she made that face and comment?

If you're seeking even the slightest bit of customer service, I strongly advise you to steer clear of this place! "Disgusting" doesn't begin to describe the manager (his name is Tom) and a cashier named Joshua; they are the rudest, most shameless, unscrupulous, and unprofessional employees at the Walgreens branch.Let me briefly recount the conflict: Yesterday, my child purchased a $100 Sony PlayStation Gift Scratch Card for his birthday at the Walgreens Branch located at 1 N Elmhurst Rd. Due to the poor quality of the card, the scratched layer rubbed off along with the play code underneath it. Consequently, my son couldn't even use the code. My wife approached a manager for assistance because the card lacked any useful information or contact numbers. The manager, whose name is Tom (she couldn't read his last name as he had covered his badge), arrogantly responded that it wasn't his responsibility. All she wanted was his assistance, given that his store sold goods of such poor quality. He quickly lost his temper and began yelling at my wife in front of my child and other customers.Joshua, the cashier who wasn't present at the beginning of the conversation, joined his boss and started shouting that he would call the police. In response, my wife said she'd be more than willing to call the police herself because the level of rudeness and insults from the Walgreens employees had crossed all boundaries. Despite numerous attempts to calm them down, Tom nearly pushed my wife out of the store, preventing her from making any purchases. If the Walgreens management were to read this, I implore them to take immediate disciplinary measures against these employees and lead training sessions to educate their staff on the importance of proper customer service. Such incidents not only tarnish the reputation of their branch but also impact the overall customer experience.

It is the worst pharmacy there is, I came to take passport photos, first they said that the staff was not there to take them, the next day they said that they do not take passport photos, I should remove the advertisement that they take passport photos there, according to the manager from there

A lot of people complain about the wait of the pharmacy. Just so you all know, it maybe be a 30 day supply, the pharmacist has to make sure the meds are still covered by your insurance, if their are any changes to the medicine, such as the strength being changed and they have to check your profile to verify that change. Meds that are out of stock, that's not their fault. It depends if the manufacturer has sent any. There are shortages, like Xanax and wegovy. Nothing the pharmacy can do about that.

This is the worst pharmacy EVER! Rude staff, never have your medication ready on time, out of stock of medicine, if you call be prepared to be on hold for 30 minutes then be hung up on. They honestly don’t care about customer service and lack basic civil manners. Nikki the pharmacist is the worst.
