I only gave them 1 star because you can't give zero. This place never offers assistance and everyone disappears as soon as you walk in. Every single time.

It says online that you refill and exchange propane tanks. They only exchange. Find somewhere else to go for refills.

I'm a bit surprised that the help isn't more helpful, especially the younger guys at the cash register. I have experience with a recently closed Ace in Hope Mills, NC and the service their was superior to Quincy. Still Ace is much better than Lowe's or Home Depot. The old guys in the departments are very good and knowledgeable.
